Q: What devices do you repair?
We repair gaming consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo), controllers, and other small electronics. Contact us if you're unsure if we provide your repair.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. We also offer Mail-In services as well (read below)
Q: How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 1–3 business days. Complex repairs may take longer.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — we offer a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor.
Q: Will my data be safe?
Please back up your data. We are not responsible for data loss.
Q: What if you can’t fix my device?
We offer a No Fix, No Fee Guarantee.
Q: Do you use original parts?
We use high-quality parts that meet or exceed OEM standards.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other available payment options.

Q: How does the mail-in repair process work?
1. Place a repair order
2. Ship your device to us
3. We diagnose and repair it
4. We ship it back to you
Q: Who pays for shipping?
Customers cover shipping both ways unless stated otherwise.
Q: How should I package my device?
Use a sturdy box, bubble wrap, and include your contact/order details inside.
Q: What if my device is damaged during shipping?
We recommend using insured shipping. We are not responsible for carrier damage.
Q: How long do mail-in repairs take?
Typically 1–3 business days after receiving your device.
Q: How will I get updates?
We’ll contact you via email or phone throughout the process.
Q: What happens if I don’t pay?
Devices left unpaid for 30 days may be considered abandoned.
Q: Can I cancel my repair?
Yes, but diagnostic and return shipping fees may apply.
