At TechTastic Treasures, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident about every purchase and service. Please review our return policy below for details on eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns for Retail Products

Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Products must be in original packaging and unused condition, with all accessories and components included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products (unless defective)

Clearance or final sale items

Digital goods and downloadable software


2. Returns for Repair Services

Service Warranty: All repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty covering the specific issue repaired.

Warranty Coverage: If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, we will inspect and re-service the item at no additional cost.

Non-Warranty Issues: Problems caused by physical damage, liquid exposure, or tampering after repair are not covered under warranty.

Refunds on Repairs: Due to the nature of labor-based services, completed repairs are non-refundable. However, if a repair cannot be completed, you will be offered the choice of a refund or store credit.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim:

Contact us at support@techtastictreasures.com.

Provide your order number or service ticket number and a brief description of the issue.

We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide shipping or drop-off instructions.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
