Thank you for shopping with Techtastic Treasures! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method will be selected based on your location, order size, and delivery speed selected at checkout.

💵 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on select items or during promotions.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including P.O. Boxes).

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

🔁 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Techtastic Treasures is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

✏️ Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
