Terms of Service – Repair Services
1. Overview
By requesting or authorizing repair services from TechTastic Treasures (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your device or controller for service.
2. Diagnostic and Repair Authorization
By submitting your device for repair, you authorize us to perform diagnostics and repairs as agreed upon.
Diagnostic fees may apply if a repair is declined after assessment.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any device that poses safety concerns or appears to have prior unauthorized modifications.
3. Estimates and Invoices
Repair quotes are provided based on initial inspection. Additional issues discovered during repair may affect the final cost.
Customers will be contacted before any additional charges are made.
Payment in full is required before the device is released or shipped back to the customer.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated repair times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on part availability, shipping delays, or complexity of the issue.
We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
5. Parts and Warranty
We use high-quality replacement parts that meet or exceed OEM standards.
All parts and labor are covered by a 30-day limited warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or future unrelated issues.
Opening or tampering with the device after repair will void the warranty.
6. Data and Personal Information
We recommend backing up all data before service. We are not responsible for data loss during repair or testing.
Any personal information provided will be used only for communication, billing, and service updates in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Unclaimed Devices
Devices not claimed or paid for within 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned and become property of TechTastic Treasures.
8. Shipping and Handling
For mail-in repairs, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility unless stated otherwise.
We are not liable for shipping damage or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please package devices securely before shipping.
9. Limitation of Liability
TechTastic Treasures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from repair services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service.
10. Agreement
By submitting your device for service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
