- Confirm the repair scope. We assess the device and contact you before additional work or charges.

How much does PS5 HDMI port repair cost?

Does no signal always mean the port needs replacing?
No. A cable, display setup or another fault can also cause no signal. We diagnose the issue before recommending port replacement or additional board-level work.
How long will my repair take?
Our typical repair turnaround is 24–48 hours. Timing depends on the repair queue, parts availability and the damage found, so confirm the current estimate when you submit your request. Mail-in shipping time is additional; turnaround is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.
What does the 60-day warranty cover?
The limited warranty covers the specific repair performed, including applicable parts and labor, unless otherwise stated. New accidental damage, misuse, liquid exposure and unrelated faults are excluded. Opening or tampering with the device after repair voids coverage under the repair terms.
What does No Fix, No Fee mean?
If we cannot complete the repair, there is no repair fee. This does not include mail-in shipping. Diagnostic fees may apply if you decline the repair after assessment, as explained in our repair terms.
Can I bring my PS5 in or send it from another state?
Yes. Arrange local drop-off in South Point, Ohio, or submit a nationwide mail-in request. Wait for shipping instructions before sending your device. You are responsible for secure packaging and shipping costs both ways unless otherwise stated.
What if someone already tried to repair it?
Tell us about any previous repair attempts, missing components or known damage. These can affect repairability and pricing. We assess the device before confirming the work; not every device can be repaired.
Should I include my controller or cables?
