A loose or damaged USB-C port can interrupt charging. TechTastic Treasures assesses Nintendo Switch charging problems and provides charging-port repair for local Tri-State customers and nationwide mail-in customers.
Original Nintendo Switch charging-port repair: $79.99 before tax.
This price applies to the original Nintendo Switch. Ask for pricing and service availability for Switch Lite, OLED or Switch 2. Additional circuit damage or prior repair damage requires a separate assessment and quote. Mail-in shipping is extra.

Charging problems need the right repair
A connector that no longer fits securely, visible port damage or charging that cuts in and out can justify a port inspection. Failure to charge does not by itself confirm that the USB-C port needs replacing.
Tell us whether the console responds when connected to power and whether the issue happens with the dock, direct charging or both. We assess the fault before confirming the work. Avoid forcing the connector or trying to straighten damaged pins.

Start with the repair-request form and wait for preparation and shipping instructions before sending your device. Confirm which accessories are needed for your ticket.
Package the device securely. Customers pay shipping both ways unless otherwise stated; shipping is separate from the repair price and no-fix/no-fee policy.

How much does Switch charging-port repair cost?
The listed price is $79.99 before tax for the original Nintendo Switch. Additional circuit damage and damage from previous repairs may change the scope and quote. Shipping is separate. View repair pricing.
Does $79.99 cover Switch Lite, OLED or Switch 2?
No. This price applies to the original Nintendo Switch. Include your exact model in your request so we can confirm service availability and pricing for another model before you send it.
Does a Switch that will not charge always need a new port?
No. We assess the device before recommending port replacement. Describe what happens with direct charging and the dock, any visible damage and what you have already tried.
Can you assess docking problems too?
Describe the docking symptoms in your request, including whether direct charging works. We will confirm the assessment needed. Charging-port replacement is not a promise to resolve every dock or display issue.
How long will the repair take?
Ask for a current estimate when submitting your request. Timing depends on the repair queue, parts and damage found. Mail-in service also includes transit time.
What does the warranty cover?
The 60-day limited warranty covers the specific repair performed, including applicable parts and labor unless otherwise stated. Unrelated faults, new physical or liquid damage and misuse are excluded. Opening or tampering after repair voids coverage under the repair terms.
What if the device cannot be repaired?
If we cannot complete the repair, there is no repair fee. Mail-in shipping is separate. Diagnostic fees may apply if you decline the repair after assessment.
Should I send my dock, charger or controllers?
Ask which accessories are needed for your specific symptoms and follow your ticket instructions. Back up data if possible; the repair terms explain the data-loss policy. Do not send account passwords.
