Important Notes

This housing is designed for the Nintendo DS Lite (NDSL) and is not compatible with the original Nintendo DS, DSi, DSi XL, 3DS, or other Nintendo handheld models.

Installation requires substantial disassembly of the Nintendo DS Lite, including transferring the motherboard, displays, speakers, hinges, and other internal components into the replacement housing. Care should be taken when routing the display ribbon cables through the hinge.

Professional installation is recommended for buyers who are not comfortable completely disassembling a Nintendo DS Lite.
