Yes — we offer a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor.
Q: Will my data be safe?
Please back up your data. We are not responsible for data loss.

We offer a No Fix, No Fee Guarantee.

Use a sturdy box, bubble wrap, and include your contact/order details inside.
Q: What if my device is damaged during shipping?
We recommend using insured shipping. We are not responsible for carrier damage.
Q: How long do mail-in repairs take?
Typically 1–3 business days after receiving your device.
Q: How will I get updates?
We’ll contact you via email or phone throughout the process.
Q: What happens if I don’t pay?
Devices left unpaid for 30 days may be considered abandoned.
Q: Can I cancel my repair?
Yes, but diagnostic and return shipping fees may apply.
