Techtastic Treasures – Terms of Service

By purchasing products or requesting services from Techtastic Treasures, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Sales Policy

All products are sold as described and include any applicable warranty information at the time of purchase.

New and refurbished products may have different warranty terms, which will be disclosed clearly.

All sales are accompanied by a 30-day return policy, unless otherwise stated (see Return Policy).

Final sale, clearance, and "as-is" items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Repair Services

Repairs are conducted based on the issue described by the customer. We are not liable for unrelated or undisclosed issues.

We use quality parts, which may be OEM (original) or high-grade aftermarket components.

A limited warranty (typically 30-90 days) may apply to specific repairs. Physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering voids all warranties.

Devices left unclaimed after 30 days of completion become the property of Techtastic Treasures.
- There is a $30 non-refundable diagnostics fee on all repairs. This must be paid regardless of whether or not we were able to repair your device.
- Your repair invoice must be paid in full in order for you to get your device back. You have 30 days after the invoice is sent to pay the full balance. If not paid after 30 days, the device becomes property of Techtastic Treasures LLC.
3. Data & Device Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before bringing in devices for service.

While we take precautions, Techtastic Treasures is not responsible for lost data during diagnosis or repair.

We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage or hidden defects.
4. Payments & Deposits

Full payment is due at the time of product purchase or service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Some repair services may require a non-refundable diagnostic or parts deposit.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
5. Liability Disclaimer

Techtastic Treasures is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the sale or use of any product or service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including abusive behavior or repeated policy violations.
6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be made within 30 days with original receipt and in the same condition as sold.

Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return eligibility will be determined at our discretion (see Return Policy for full details).
7. Changes to Terms
Techtastic Treasures reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted in-store and/or on our website.
