Controller repair prices
All listed prices are before tax. Mail-in shipping is separate. Additional damage or work is assessed and quoted before proceeding.
PS5 & Xbox controllers
Single analog stick: $40
Both analog sticks: $50
Standard analog replacement. Contact us for Elite, specialty controllers or other models.
Compatible TMR upgrade
Both sticks: $65
Compatibility is confirmed before repair. This is not a promise of permanent freedom from drift or coverage for unrelated controller faults.
Nintendo Joy-Con
Single stick: $29.99
Both sticks: $49.99
Specify whether you are sending one Joy-Con or a pair and which stick is affected. Confirm the scope for your ticket before shipping.
Standard replacement or TMR?
A standard analog replacement addresses a faulty stick module. A TMR upgrade is another option for compatible controllers; ask us to assess your model and explain the appropriate choice.
Stick drift, poor centering and inconsistent input need assessment. Describe the symptoms and any previous repair attempts. Button, trigger, charging or connection problems may require different work and are not automatically included in stick-replacement pricing.

We replace faulty analog modules or fit the agreed compatible upgrade. Additional damage and work require a separate quote.

Use the same repair-request form. Wait for preparation and shipping instructions before sending your controller and confirm which accessories are needed.
Customers pay shipping both ways unless otherwise stated. Shipping is separate from repair pricing and no-fix/no-fee terms.

- Collect your tested controller. Payment is due before pickup or return shipping. Track your repair.

How much does stick-drift repair cost?
Listed standard PS5 and Xbox analog replacement is $40 for one stick or $50 for both. A compatible TMR upgrade for both sticks is $65. Joy-Con pricing is $29.99 for a single stick or $49.99 for both. Prices are before tax; shipping and additional work are separate. Confirm your exact model and scope with us.
Can every controller receive TMR sticks?
No universal compatibility is promised. Provide your exact controller model so we can confirm the supported upgrade and quote before you send it. Elite and specialty controllers require separate pricing confirmation.
Does TMR mean the controller can never drift again?
No. We do not promise permanent elimination of drift or protection from all future faults. The 60-day limited warranty applies to the specific repair performed under our repair terms.
Can I replace just one analog stick?
Standard single-stick replacement is listed for PS5 and Xbox controllers. The listed $65 TMR upgrade covers both sticks on a compatible controller. Tell us which option you want to discuss.
Do you repair PS4 or Switch Pro controllers?
Include the exact model and symptoms in your request so we can confirm the service and quote. The PS5/Xbox prices above should not be assumed to apply to other models.
How long will the repair take?
Ask for a current estimate when requesting service. Timing depends on the queue, parts availability and work required. Mail-in service also includes transit time.
What does the warranty cover?
The 60-day limited warranty covers the specific repair performed, including applicable parts and labor unless otherwise stated. New physical or liquid damage, misuse and unrelated faults are excluded. Opening or tampering after repair voids coverage under the repair terms.
What happens if the controller cannot be repaired?
If we cannot complete the repair, there is no repair fee. Shipping remains separate. Diagnostic fees may apply if you decline a repair after assessment.
